Vedicmart Jaggery Cubes are made from fresh sugarcane juice using traditional methods. The juice is simply cooked down and set, so the cubes keep their natural minerals and warm caramel sweetness.

The cube format makes portions easy: drop one into tea or milk, add it to desserts, or enjoy a piece after a meal as Indian families have always done. No sulphur, chemicals or preservatives.

Why families choose it

  • Made from sugarcane juice, the traditional way
  • Handy cubes — easy to portion and carry
  • Sulphur-free, with no chemicals or preservatives
  • Rich, caramel-like taste and aroma
  • For tea, coffee, milk and desserts

Simple checks at home

These kitchen checks are only a rough guide and cannot prove purity. The colour of natural jaggery changes with the cane and the season. A food lab test is the only reliable way to check jaggery.

  1. The water test
    Test 01

    The water test

Stir a spoonful into a glass of lukewarm water and let it stand for a few minutes.

Pure sign It dissolves fully, with no chalky white layer settling at the bottom.

  2. The colour check
    Test 02

    The colour check

Look at the jaggery in daylight, away from yellow indoor lights.

Pure sign A natural golden to deep brown shade — not bright yellow or unusually pale.

  3. The aroma check
    Test 03

    The aroma check

Crush a small piece between your fingers and smell it.

Pure sign A warm, sweet, caramel-like smell with no salty, sour or chemical note.

Questions about this product

Why has the jaggery powder formed lumps?

Jaggery naturally absorbs moisture from the air. Break the lumps with a dry spoon and keep the pack sealed.

How should I store it?

In an airtight container, away from heat and humidity.

How long does it keep?

Use it by the best-before date printed on the pack.

Can I use jaggery powder in tea?

Yes. Add it after turning off the heat, because boiling milk with jaggery can make it split.

Can I return it?

Opened food products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us with a photo.
